The unit is approximately 1000 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living area. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are two full baths. The street-side master has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. King, Queen, Bunkbed. Sleeps 6

  We enjoyed our stay at condo. Disappointed pool was not warm enough to swim until end of Feb. Had issues with bedding that management took care of. Management should not change price of parking after we paid for two months, it was not done very professionally. It was close(few minute walk) to Gulf Shores Public Beach, restaurants & stores.

  My family and I had a great vacation during the July 4th holiday. Yeah fireworks! The condo location was convenient to everything. The condo was spacious for all of us and all of our many things. The entire place was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view is breathtaking each morning to wake up and eat breakfast. Extremely quick access to the beach and all the other guest were nice and cordial. We brought plenty of beach towels and swimsuits but it was great having the washer and dryer there to wash everything before we returned home! We can’t wait to return.

  Could not have asked for a better vacation rental experience. Our room was perfect for our family with three small children. Very clean, had all amenities that we needed- we liked that the water in the condo got super hot- enough to sanitize dishes and do the laundry with. The views on the balcony and in the master bedroom were beautiful.
  This is our second year renting from this company and I think we will continue the tradition.

  The rental unit was very nice, clean & spacious; it had everything for our cooking/ kitchen needs. There are wonderful 6th floor views of the ocean & lagoon from the open balcony & dining area side window. The pool is small, there is no hot tub but there is easy access & a short distance to the beautiful beach. Convenient & walking distance to nearby bars, restaurants & shops. It was a great place to stay! The rental company personnel are nice & very helpful; the only suggestions would be for the unit is to replace the old style key entrance with a secure keypad/code entrance; have a fan for more airflow in the smaller bedroom & possibly replace the leather furniture - it was good & comfortable but a bit cold or sticky because of the covering.

  Everything was wonderful. Perfect amount of space for a family of five, right on the beach, walking distance to everything
  My only complaint was no curtains on the windows so we were woken up every morning with the sun. Some blackout curtains would really be a great improvement. That said, it was a small inconvenience compared to all the positives!

  This is a beautiful place. Nicely decorated and clean. Plenty of sleeping spaces as well. Also has lots of seating in living room. Has blinds on windows in the bedrooms, which we loved, because the last place we stayed did not. Beautiful ocean view and close to the beach.

  Our rental was perfect! More than plenty of room and the best part was the view and that fact we were literally on the beach. The condo we stayed in was is excellent condition and had all the comforts of home. You will not be disappointed in choosing this rental when visiting Gulf Shores.   This is 2nd time we stayed in this condo, only problem was we had 7 people and were old given 8 bath towels, so I had to wash daily. Maybe if you could provide 2 bath towels for each guest, that would be greatly appreciated.

  We loved the location of this condo. Overall our unit was clean and freshly decorated however our only complaint is with the refrigerator. There was a very strong smell of fish in both the fridge and freezer that needs to be addressed.

  Beautiful low traffic condo. Easy beach access. Building repairs from hurricane damage nearly complete so everything is newly painted, etc. large corner balcony with great views. Quiet at night. Can’t say enough about the fully stocked kitchen. Had everything we needed for shrimp boils including Tupperware for leftovers and baking dishes for dessert . We get fresh seafood from Billy’s on our way in. We grilled fish by the pool. Easy contactless checkin and walking distance to shopping and entertainment.

  This is our third stay in this condo (4th on this property). The location and condo layout are perfect for our family. The condo itself is clean and quiet. It has a well-equipped kitchen. The furniture, including the balcony furniture, is high quality. The remodeled master bath is very nice. I would imagine we will stay here again in the next couple of years!

  Everything was great, except for 7 people they gave us 8 towels for bath. So laundry had to he done daily. Wished there had been a few extra. Other than that condo was clean, and everything worked wonderful.
