Tradewinds #103 is an interior gulf-front 1 bedroom 2 bath condominium on the 1st floor overlooking the outdoor pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 800 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living area. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are 2 full baths. The master boasts a king bed and has an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. The hall bath has a tub/shower combo. This unit has a 1 car limit. King, Twin, Twin, Sofa sleeper, Birthing Bunks. Sleeps 6.

Tradewinds is a 14-story building located in Orange Beach about 5.4 miles East of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Tradewinds has an indoor/outdoor swim-thru pool. The property also has a barbecue grilling area.

  Our room was beautiful and just as we expected. Everything in the room was clean and tidy. Our only problem was a fire alarm being pulled at 6:30am! Which we understand isn’t fault of the property and would definitely recommend to friends.

  The condo is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The location is good and beach access is perfect. The pool area is nice. The Tradewinds building is older and could use a bit of sprucing up. The interior hallway to the elevator is a little creepy. The exterior is well kept and security personnel is visible. I’m a bit perplexed why we need to drive 6 miles to Gulf Shored to pick up a parking pass in an envelope. In this digital age, we should be able to obtain the key code electronically and the parking pass could be placed in the condo. Overall a positive experience.

  The condo was in a perfect location. The beach was just out back which is what we wanted. The condo was fully stocked and clean. We didn’t have any problems getting the code to enter the condo. It was a nice quiet place to stay which we also wanted. It was a very nice place to stay.

  Building was a little outdated but our room was perfect and had a wonderful view. Would be great if you had kids swimming you could sit on the balcony and watch them. Loved that we was so close to the stairs so we didnt have to wait on the elevators. Would recommend adding more lights in the stairwell.
