Lighthouse 1003

Lighthouse 1003 is a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom Gulf-front condo on the 10th floor. Boasting spectacular views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The primary suite features a King bed, and balcony access with an en suite bath including a jacuzzi tub, double vanities, and a walk-in shower. There is a small bonus room that houses twin bunk beds. The hall bath features a standalone shower. The condo has a fully-equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. King, Bunkbed, Sofa sleeper. Sleeps 6. 25-year age limit to rent.

Lighthouse Condominiums is the ultimate vacation spot within walking distance of shops and restaurants in the heart of Gulf Shores. Lighthouse has 635-foot of private beach, hot tubs, two private gulf-front pools, an indoor pool, and a gulf-view fitness room with sauna. One of the two huge pools is zero entry with four waterspouts. The property is located just one mile east of Highway 59 with 251 units and 18 floors, three parking decks, bbq grills, and four elevators.

Parking passes are purchased on-site at Lighthouse Condominiums. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and the cost is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

  We had a great time. However this is our 2nd year at the Lighthouse and the condos always have things that don’t work. This year under the kitchen sink leaked, the oven and the stove did not work. When you turned the oven and stove on at the same time neither worked, the 2 outlets in the corner next to the frig did not work and the dryer sounded like it had a bowling ball on the drum when you turned it on. Not sure how you
  Can rent these units out with so many issues. Each year it’s the same thing. Please try and make sure these units are ready to be rented. Thanks

  Excellent service from Gulf Shores Rentals, Inc.! The Condo it self was very clean. It definitely can use updating. The furniture is old. Outside chair cushion was torn. The dryer is rusted and made a loud squeaky noise the entire time is was running! The stove covers didn't fit well making it hard to cook on. Stove is old. The ceiling in the bedroom is peeling in a couple of places. Pillows in master bedroom were thin and not comfortable. There was an exposed wire box in the cabin room. The Lighthouse Complex itself is an excellent place to stay! The location is great! Near many restaurants, all within walkings distance. The views from this condo made the trip!

  The Lighthouse condo complex is a wonderful facility. Great location, fitness room and views of the Gulf. Room 1003 has great view and was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, but a few items need attention by the owner. None of the following items should stop someone from booking this condo. The master bedroom ceiling has a couple of areas where the paint is peeling. The bathroom exhaust fan vibrates loudly. Both easy fixes. We would come back.

  The Property Mgt team was good. My dissatisfaction is with the condo condition. I would describe the condo as lacking. The furniture was in battered shape. I would consider the items included in the condo minimalist at best. Do not plan on luxury of any kind here. But if you want a decent place at a great location then this is your place.
