Compass Point is a 9-story building located 2.5 miles West of Highway 59 about a block from Beach Road. Compass Point has a lagoon-side outdoor pool with a lagoon/beach play area and an indoor pool. The property also has a pier, boat launch, and limited designated parking for boats. Compass Point has a grilling and picnic area as well as a fish cleaning station. There is a 1 car limit. Weekly parking is $30. Winter guest parking is $50 per month

  Overall nice and relaxing. Would love to have had the availability to cook more if condiments were available. The views from the balcony for sunrise and sunset were absolutely AMAZING! The ease of walking to the beach was a huge plus and the closeness to everything was great for our family vacation.

  The heat was oppressive but the unit was was updated and clean. We had a wrap around porch with a spectacular view. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, tableware and utensils. Very well pleased 😃
