Bel Sole 1702

Bel Solé #1702 is a 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium located on the 17th floor overlooking the lagoon. The ground level is dedicated to elevator lobby and pool area. The unit is approximately 1600 sq ft with views of the lagoon from the living room, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances all set in granite counter tops. The washer and dryer is housed in a separate laundry area. The master bedroom has a king bed with en suite bathroom that features a jetted tub, separate shower and double vanities. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with en suite bathroom featuring a stand alone tiled shower combo. The 3rd bedroom offers a queen bed and the hall bath features a tub/shower combo which is accessed via the hallway.

Bel Solé is a 19 story building with 3 units per floor located 3.6 miles West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores with a deeded private beach access and gated boardwalk to the beach. Bel Sole has one lagoon side outdoor pool, indoor poor, hot tub, exercise room, and fishing pier. Boat docks/slips are individually owned and not for public use. Accommodates up to 6 people.

Bel Solé is undergoing some building construction. Pier still under repair. Both pools and hot tub functioning.

Review: 5 star. We were a family of 6. All adults. The condo was in a great location. Loved the pool and the pier for my guys to go night fishing. The beach was never extremely crowded. This is our 11th year visiting and was one of the best overall stays.
The couch was large enough to hold 3 grown men and we loved the large table for playing cards or eating large meals. The security was great. Not a lot of noise and commotion was great to see as well. Overall the stay was nice and comfortable. Would stay again.

Review: 5 star. The view from our balcony of the Lagoon has been beautiful. Seeing the sun rise and set for breakfast and dinners have been amazing. The rooms are beautiful and the master tub has been a relaxing perk as well. I would def come back !!

  This unit was our last resort choice as we were unable to locate a better option. It was an ok visit, but it is definitely time to replace the Master Bed and the living room couches. Other than this, we had a good visit.

  Enjoyed our stay here! Nicely furnished and gorgeous view. The building was under hurricane repair but we didn’t find to be a problem or disturbing. Checking in and out was easy and efficient. Would definitely book again.

  We left comments in condo. We enjoyed our stay. We had a few issues. Lights over bar out, called spoke to William, took info, no one showed up!! We didn't like this condo as much as the other one we have had. Not as good a view, a little dark. Too much furniture crowded in living area!!! Kitchen not organized. Stove oven handle broken. Was disappointed with some of the issues. Around $3000.00 for a week is a lot of money!!!!!
