Island Tower 1802

Island Tower #1802 is an interior gulf-front 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium on the 18TH floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1600 sq ft with 9-foot ceilings, 20-inch tile floors, floor-to-ceiling tinted windows, and sliding glass doors. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances with double ovens all set in granite countertops. The condo has 8-foot interior doors and high efficient air conditioning system. All three bedrooms have King size beds. The master en suite bathroom has double vanities, jetted tub, and a separate shower. The two guest bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. King, King, King, Sofa sleeper. Sleeps 8. This unit rents Saturday to Saturday only during the season.

Island Tower is a 26-story building with 62 units (three on each floor) with covered garage parking (clearance 6' 8") and NO oversized vehicles are allowed on property. Island Tower is located 0.5 miles West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. The property has an infinity outdoor pool and an infinity climate-controlled indoor pool. The exercise room offers a dry sauna and workout equipment overlooking the gulf. The property also has a picnic/grill area. Island Tower is a smoke-free facility.

  This property is awesome. The unit was clean, spacious & comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing.
  Bahama Bob’s is within walking distance & food is delicious! We experienced a wonderful dolphin cruise aboard the Sunny Lady. Souvenir shops are close.
  I highly recommend this property & will stay here again.

  Rental was clean and well maintained. It was large enough for our group and we really enjoyed the large patio area and the wonderful view of the beach and watching dolphins in the ocean. The patio affords a magnificent view and you can see so much going on in the ocean. The laundry room is convenient. We had a great stay here and would return in the future.   The condo is beautiful, and the view is amazing. However, the sheets in the primary bedroom had not been weather. There was a “stain” on them and as soon as I saw it I washed them. The “stain came right out, which tells me they had never been washed. That led me to wash many other items, not sure what was cleaned and what wasn’t cleaned.
  On the positive side, the maintenance crew was amazing. Had a couple of small issues and they took care of them quickly.

  Affordable 3 bedroom condo with a large balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. Only a few blocks away from the Hangout and all the souvenir stores. The condo was as described and perfect for the 6 people that stayed. The front door locks need updating as it was still a traditional key lock.

  Great views great location. We was surprised by the beach supplies in the closet and the little extras for laundry and dishes. Parking and elevator wasn’t problem. Loved being able to see dolphins in the afternoons from the balcony. We will definitely stay here again.

  We had a great time. We have stayed at Island Tower several years in a row now. This was our first time in this particular unit. The condo is very well maintained and spacious. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Amenities were great! Only draw back was, one of the elevators was down the entire week. Made for longer waits but since it was off season it really wasn't that bad. We would definitely stay here again.
