Legacy #202 is an interior gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath plus alcove condominium on the 2nd floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1248 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are 2 full baths. The master has an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. The hall bath has a tub/shower combo. King, Queen, Sofa sleeper. Sleeps 6.

Legacy is a 9-story building with 3 units per floor located 1.3 miles West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Legacy has an outdoor seasonal pool. The property also has a barbeque grilling area. | No winter monthly's. 2 car limit.

    The worse part was the elevator was down more than up and they didn't seem to care. I was their for a wedding and that was the only good part of the stay. The decor was the worse I've ever seen. Big birds all over the place and the furniture had to have been pulled out of a dumpster. I have very bad knees and it made the trip unbearable.

      Elevators do go down sometimes in the area, due to people holding the elevator doors open for others. We respond as quickly as possible and reach out the elevator repair companies to alleviate the issue. All maintenance and housekeeping issues will be passed along to that department to be corrected. The condos are individually owned, so the decoration and furniture choice is made by the owners of the condos.     Condo was spacious and CLEAN with a great view of the pool area and beach. Short walk to the pool and beach which was a huge plus for us due to 3 little ones. Beds were comfy. Pull out sofa area had a closing room divider which was great for privacy and noise. Master bedroom and bathroom were spacious and the entire condo had cute decor! Everything you needed was there. The furniture in the living room could use a cleaning and there were a few other little quirky things but NOTHING that interrupted or hampered the comfort our stay. Great value for size and location. Easy check in/out. Would definitely stay here again.

    Incredible location! We always try to stay somewhere directly on the beach without any walking distance to the sand when going to a beach. The unit was extremely clean & very affordable. We will definitely be coming back!

    Great location, easy parking and nice on-site pool. Right on the beach. Very spacious unit with cool interior decor. Appliances were old especially the washer and dryer, and it needed a good cleaning. Smelled strong pinesol like order but walls and floors were dirty and everything was dusty. Overall we had a good time but especially with covid now cleaning was subpar.

    Legacy 202 was an awesome condo with great beach view! Loved the decor! Beach chairs were in the closet so we didn’t have to buy or rent. Will definitely be back again! Condo was within driving distance to beautiful golf courses and restaurants.

    We fell in love with this space and plan to search it first for availability next year. With 5 gals in tow, we needed space to spread out and this condo came through big! Fantastic direct views of the beach and pool, we could easily spot one another from the balcony which I loved. Also spotted some dolphins in the mornings as a plus :)
