Mustique 401

Mustique #401 is a 4 bedroom 4.5 bath luxury condominium located on the west end of the 4th floor. The property is located on the Little Lagoon with views of the lagoon and the gulf. The condo is approximately 2500 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and the south-side master bedroom. The north-side bedroom has views of the lagoon and the outdoor pool area. Three of the four bedrooms have balcony access. The south-side master has an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. There is a 2nd master with an en suite bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower as well. The additional bathrooms offer either a shower/tub combo or just a standalone shower. There is a half bath located in the hallway. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances all set in granite counter tops with a separate laundry room that houses the washer and dryer. Sleeps 10.

Mustique is an 18-story building with 2 units per floor located 3.5 miles west of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores across the street from the beach. Mustique has an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, steam sauna and dry sauna. The property also has fishing pier, gazebo, grilling area and a deeded beach access. 2 car limit. No boats, trailers or jet skis allowed on property.

Pools and pier not available due to Hurricane Sally damage. Update 6/14: Outdoor pool will be open by the end of the week IF everything goes to plan. Hot tub is expected to be down for another 3-4 weeks. Pier will not be replaced until Fall.

Guest review: The location was great for the beach and pool and the back water was great for paddle boarding and kayaking. The condo was very roomy for the people we had. Although it was a long way to the stores or other venues, it was a great place to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sound of the ocean. We really enjoyed it.

Review: The Mustique 401 unit was perfect and spacious for 4 adults, 4 young kids. The views were amazing of the Gulf and Lagoon from the unit and the short 2 min walk to the beach was easy with kids. Beach was great and not crowded because it was private. Our kids also enjoyed the use of the pool. Would recommend the Mustique 401

  From the time we arrived to the time we left, wverything was awesome!!! Even though we had a few issues while there with toilet issues, the maintenance man was able to handle efficiently and quickly. Did not want to leave our Unit at all!!!

  The condo was very good. But it was extremely disappointing that the outdoor pool was closed. Access to the lagoon was also closed. Very disappointed children. Wouldn’t have rented the condo I’d we had known the pool was closed for sure.

  Everything was great just the swimming pool outside needs to be completed also the dock. The indoor pool is small enough for little kids. Sauna was nice. Parking was very convenient. It would be nice to have keyless entry, carrying keys is inconvenient. Great restaurants and hangouts minutes away and beach access is a quick walk across street. Elevators leads right to room. Overall a great spacious place to relax.

  Love this area and building I have stayed here before. The only complaint I have is the floor were filthy, microwave had food all over, glasses in cabinet sticky. Not the owners fault

  Although the location was great, the property was a huge disappointment. The entire unit starting with the front door is in dire need of an update. Inside the furniture, accessories, draperies, stained carpet, patio furniture along with the deplorable pillows all need to be thrown away and replaced. As much as we paid for our visit, and others too, you would think the owner could afford and would fix the unit up. Of all the Airbnbs I’ve booked, this is by far the worst. It rained most of the time we were there, so unfortunately we spent a lot of time in the unit. The outdoor pool was in disrepair, but thankfully the indoor pool, although extremely cold, was open. Worst spring break trip ever for my family and I!!!
