Ocean House I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor pool and small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II.

Review: Myself, friend and niece stayed at this Condo May 11-14 for a quick weekend beach trip. The Condo was beautiful, the pictures do it no justice. We were very impressed by how clean and fresh it was. Everything was wonderful. We often stay at Ocean House and I will say this is one of my favorites. The ocean was beautiful and surprisingly warm, I love the pool the water was just right. Great place to stay, looking forward to staying there again. 5 stars.
Review: We had a great time. This condo was really pretty. Had everything you’d possibly want. I’d stay here again. There were chairs for the beach and were great to have. All in all we would recommend 1504.
Review: The condo was very nice and had just the right amount of space for our family. The check in process was really easy and user friendly. Location was perfect. Beds were really comfortable. Best sleep I have had in a long time!!!
