Silver Beach 501

Silver Beach 501 is an east corner gulf-front 3 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 5th floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is approximately 1200 sq ft boasting a beautiful corner balcony with an amazing panoramic view of the gulf. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are two full baths - one has a tub/shower combo and the primary bath has only a stand-alone shower. The master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a king and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on top and a queen on the bottom. The balcony has new resin/Polywood patio furniture. King, King, Queen, Bunks (full over queen). Sleeps 8. NO PETS.

Silver Beach is an 8-story building with 6 units per floor located in Orange Beach approximately 6 miles East of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. with a 2-car limit.

New porcelain tile flooring throughout. The kitchen has been remodeled with a newly designed Kitchen Island with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Both bathrooms have new vanities with granite countertops and toilets. The primary bathroom has a new custom-tiled standalone shower. The entire condo has had new sheetrock and has been newly painted throughout. February of 2024 all new windows and sliding glass doors were installed.

  We stay here every year. This was our first time in condo 501. It was clean and the decor was pretty. It was very spacious and we loved it. The only issue we had was alot of the channels in the living room didn’t work, I am positive if we had said something it would have been fixed. It was not a big deal we didn’t spend much time watching tv. It was a great trip and we will at this condo again. Loves the wrap around balcony and the furniture.

  The condo we stayed in at Silver Beach was outstanding! Beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room. Really the bad things were....1) the elevators were broken and some days we add to take the stairs and some days just 1 elevator was working. 2) We paid for the week for beach chairs and the beach company lost our reservation so the chairs were never set up and they tried to charge me even more. 3) nobody picks up their dog poo.

  The rental was in a great location with an excellent balcony. I didn’t love how the furniture did not match in the living and my only complaint is that you have to go to the property management’s office to get your packet and door code. This was our first rental where us was not all sent via email or text and it was a bit inconvenient having to get this at a different location. Especially since our arrival from Dallas was delayed 4 hours and we got in so late.

  The condo was in excellent condition and very clean. It had been recently renovated. The location is great too. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again. My only negative comment is the amenities at Silver Beach need improvement. If my grandkids would have been with us, it would have been more important but the pool could use an update and they need to add a hot tub.

  Recently vacationed in Orange Beach and stayed at Silver Beach, # 501. The property was in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping. It also had a nice view of the ocean, and the walk from boardwalk to water was very short. The unit was recently remodeled and very clean. The staff at Gulf Shores Rentals helped every step of the way to make sure our stay was a pleasant one. The only inconvenience was an elevator kept breaking down, but I'm sure that has been fixed. We enjoyed our week, and would stay there again.

  We all enjoyed our stay. Pet friendly was very important for our Maltese to be with us. We've been coming to beach for over 30 yrs. and will continue to come. I have used this rental agency in the past and have always been pleased. I did have a couple off putting/uncomfortable exchanges with one gentleman in the office but perhaps I'm overreacting or just not used to being called in from the beach to help troubleshoot a plumbing issue of some random person downstairs,....just saying. My review will not reflect this one person
