Sugar Beach 308

Sugar Beach 308 is a two-story condo with a master bedroom and master bath upstairs. The living area, one bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen plus a washer and dryer is all located on the main level. The condo has a view of the tennis court. Located in the center of the building on the east side of the 3rd floor of Sugar Beach Condominiums with approximately 616 sq ft. It's a perfect little getaway. The entire condo has been remodeled with wood-look flooring throughout, the kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances set in granite countertops. Both bathrooms have all tiled showers and new granite vanities. The living room and the master have flat-screen TVs with a queen size bed in the master and a sofa sleeper in the living room.

Sugar Beach Condominiums is located approximately 3.6 miles east of Highway 59. The property has 3 outdoor pools, a tennis court, a children's pool, a BBQ area, and a snack bar. | Limit 1 car |

Review: 5 stars. We love staying at Sugar Beach Condos when we visit Orange Beach for a quick beach trip (from Louisiana)! The property overall is a tad outdated but has everything you need! This condo was updated with bright colors and new flooring, bathrooms, etc, and was PERFECT and clean! We will be staying here again.

  The unit was very clean and spacious. Perfect for the two of us. Loved the covered parking. It seemed everything had been upgraded except for the mattress. Felt like you were sleeping on a bed of rocks. No good night sleep for this condo.

  The rental was nice as it was close to the beach. The pools were great for our kids as well. The bed upstairs however, was like sleeping on a box spring... very comfortable. We also do wish there was a broom in the rental to help with sand control from the beach. The elevator needs updating as well as the door closed so quickly it wouldn’t even stop for an arm out. Overall it was a nice trip and affordable.

  Great location, clean home, and friendly staff. Minor negative would be 2 of the 3 bar stools seemed they would break if sat on and the curtains had a weird stain on it. Otherwise, a very positive experience and would definitely rent from here again!

  My family and I stayed at sugar beach 308 in June of 2021. The condo was clean and updated. Overall, it was a great condo to stay in. There was construction going on across the property, but it didn't effect us any. I didn't like the elevators so I used the stairs often. My husband didn't mind the elevators though.
