Summer House West C202 is a lagoon-front 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condominium, town home style, located on the 2nd floor in building C overlooking Little Lagoon.

The unit is approximately 1280 sq ft with views of Little Lagoon from the living room and master bedroom balconies. The guest bedroom balcony has a limited view of the Gulf. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a tub/shower combo and there is a half bath downstairs. Sleeps 8. This unit has a king bed, two full beds, and a sleeper sofa.

Summer House West building A, B and C are 3 story wood structure buildings, town home style, located approximately 3.5 miles West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Summer House West has an outdoor pool, deeded beach access, fishing pier, fish cleaning station and gazebo with bbq grills. No trailers allowed. Minimum age to rent - 21.

  Rental was great. Great access to beach and to the lagoon. Enjoyed fishing off the dock. Unfortunately hurricane Sally cut our vacation short. But we enjoyed the time that we did get to spend at the rental.

  All reservations, check-in and checkout were completed online. The condo was as described, even had new rugs and storm door. Walking up the two flights of steps to the condo then up another sets of steps to the bedrooms was difficult for some of our party. The only saving grace was the bag hoist outside of the room. The location was good, not too far away from shops and restaurants, but also not in the middle of high traffic areas. We had as much fun in the lagoon as we did the beach. Rented a kayak and paddle board that was delivered to us. We also caught a 25” red fish off of the pier. We will definitely be visiting again.
