Surf Side Shores #1304 is an interior gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 3rd floor in building I overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 820 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 2 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side bedroom has an attached bathroom with a stand-up shower. Sleeps 6. No monthly's.

Surf Side Shores I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores has two beach side pools, one of which is an extended season pool, and a small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II.

  Overall everything was great. Clean, new appliances, plenty of utensils. The only thing was the bedrooms were a little on the small side. But we didn’t spend that much time in the room.

  Beautiful view, my only issue was the glass stove top was cracked, dryer vents looked like they had not been cleaned, and the bathtub was so dirty I didn't feel comfortable having my toddler take a bath. It did look exactly as described and pictures depicted were accurate. I would recommend this rental to others.

  We had a great visit to Gulf Shores. The room was beautifully decorated
  and well kept. We did have to rearrange dishes so we had room to store our groceries, and it would be nice if there were a few more places to hang wet towels and bathing suits.

  Stove top cracked so couldnt cook. Closet door in kitchen about to fall off. Bathroom and living room had sandy floors. Cabinets were not cleaned when i wiped with a Clorox wipe i could have thrown up. Bathroom toilet paper holder broken.

  Our condo was nice and clean. The beds were a bit noisy (twin beds were squeaky and the king bed had a weird crunch noise when you moved on it), but they were otherwise comfortable and we all slept well. Furnishings and decor were nice. No major complaints at all.

  We had a very good, safe experience. We did not go out to eat, we opted to bring all of our food with us. We ordered seafood one night, but other than that we only left the condo to go to the beach and pool.
