Surf Side Shores #1603 is an interior gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 6th floor in building I overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 820 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are 2 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or a stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side bedroom has an attached bathroom with a stand-up shower.
The unit boasts 2 king beds with a sofa sleeper in the living room. King, King, Sofa sleeper. Sleeps 6.

Surf Side Shores I and II are 9-story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores has two beachside pools, one of which is an extended season pool, and a small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services buildings I and II. 2 car limit. No monthlies.

  Great Balcony with a direct view of Gulf. The big disappointment was the dirty carpet. Socks black and or bottom of feet. Carpet needs to go! Big reason I would not refer a friend.

  Perfectly comfortable condo with all amenities of home. Perfect ocean view from master bedroom while lying in bed and hearing waves crash. Convenient parking close to building entrance and condo is right off elevator.

  Bathtub shower wall dirty. Hair stuck to walls with dried soap. Bottom of shower curtain has black goop on it. Small issue but you asked. We love staying at your place.

  It was a great time. Great location. The unit could use alot of TLC. Master bath didn't drain, the sink and the other bedroom didn't drain. Kitchen was small.

  Condo was a little older. No wi-fi. Some light fixtures didn’t work. When we opened the oven door the handle came off and the closet doors were off their tracks. Overall
  it could’ve used a little refresh on the inside. Pool wasn’t open the 1st day, but they got it open the 2nd day. We had one night when the elevator didn’t work. That being said, nothing was a dealbreaker. It was priced right, the patio furniture was great and we had an awesome view from the 6th floor. The water was perfect during our stay and the location was good-a little quieter than other places we have stayed. Good place for a few days, but if we were going for a longer stay, I would spring for something a little nicer.

  Condo overall was nice. Could use a little updating. It was perfect for four people, any more would be too crowded. Couches and chairs were comfy. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. Although it could use new frying pans. The bed was comfortable but a bit to large in the guest room. Barely had room to walk and it did not have any dressers, so we had to go buy hangers and use our suitcase for undergarments. The location was great, had good patio furniture to sit out and enjoy the ocean view. We would definitely stay there again.

  We loved the location of this condo but it was a little small for 6 people. The bathrooms especially being small. This unit was nice but needs a little updating and TLC and a deep clean is much needed. The condo is whipped with everything you will need.

  Wish the weather would have been nicer. Room was nice but old looking. Would have liked to have a table to eat at as counter was to small. Lots of dishes and glasses but no where to put food or other food items.
