Surf Side Shores 2801

Surf Side Shores #2801 is a corner gulf-front 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium located on the 8th floor in building II overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1100 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are 3 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or a stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side bedroom has an attached bathroom with a stand-up shower. King, Queen, Twin, Twin, Sofa sleeper. Sleeps 8.

Surf Side Shores I and II are 9-story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores has two beachside pools, one of which is an extended season pool, and a small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services buildings I and II. 2 car limit. Stays longer than 30 days must purchase parking pass(s) for every month.

  Our experience was fantastic!!! The condo wasn’t super updated, but that did not make our stay any less wonderful! The location was perfect, checkin was super easy, management was so easy to contact!!! My only complaint (does not result in any less stars on the rating) was the lack of measuring cups in the kitchen! I was cooking breakfast trying to measure by my eye hahaha! Everything else was wonderful! 10/10 experience & will definitely be booking with Gulf Shores Rentals again!

  Everything was great. The one possible change I would suggest is to have keyless entry--the code on the door is so much easier than having to remember to take the keys each time we head to the beach-- well be back to GS nest year

  Beautiful view of the gulf. The living room furniture needs to be replaced. It was very uncomfortable. There were not enough forks , only three. The three TVs all had bad reception after they warmed up a little bit, they would get wavy lines in the middle.

  Condo was in an excellent location. Beautiful views! The condo was a little dated , but we loved the 3 bathrooms. Furniture was fine, but would have loved a recliner. Would have preferred a code to enter property so we wouldn’t have to use just 2 keys and keep up with them. Overall property was just fine.

  Perfect view & location directly on a quiet beach. Condo fully stocked. Great communication & clear instructions from office. Condo building is much smaller than high rises so is much easier to navigate. One elevator. Aprox 6 condos per floor - all face beach. Convenient location to restaurants but not in the busy, noisy area - from main highway, turn right (west) to this location. We will be returning in a few months.

  Place was dirty and the furniture is ****. The location however is amazing and covers a lot of the other sins. Price was fair also. You have to wear sandals the whole time or your feet and socks will turn black.

  The condo could use some TLC. Baseboard coming off wall in main bathroom. Wall decor was either damaged or very outdated. No idea what was sprayed on ceiling in the living room. Floors hadn’t been mopped in a while. We moped so our socks wouldn’t be ruined. However great location and plenty of room for get together and relaxing.

  Nice condo. Could use some extra cleaning. Some dishes had been put away dirty. Large dust bunnies & dirt under furniture in bedrooms. PLEASE level the stove/oven. If the cleaning issues are resolved would give 5 stars.
