Turtle Nest East is a 2000 square foot 3 bedroom 3 bath duplex. Boasting a private balcony for each bedroom. The first floor features the living/dining area and kitchen with hall bath with shower only and a bedroom with twin beds overlooking the pool. The living room, which faces north, has views of the lagoon. The second level has a bedroom with queen bed, alcove with bunk bed and both share the hall bath with shower only. The second level also has the master bedroom with king bed which a great view lagoon from private balcony and features an en suite bathroom.
Turtle Nest duplex has a shared in-ground pool and volleyball court. There is a covered patio overlooking pool with picnic table and bbq grill. There is also an outdoor shower, covered parking for one vehicle as well as driveway for additional parking. Turtle Nest is about 2.4 miles west of Highway 59 and beach road. It is a block and a half from the 13th Street public beach access which is the east of the duplex. | 25 year age limit. Sleeps 10. Pet Friendly. $50.00 non-refundable pet fee and a $200.00 refundable pet deposit are required on all pet friendly reservations.
