Tropic Isle #701 is an east corner gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium on the 7th floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1000 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living area. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are two full baths. The street-side master has an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. King, King. Sleeps 4. Both master and guest bedrooms have King beds. This unit has a designated parking space under the building labeled 701.

Tropic Isle is an 8-story building with 5 units per floor located 0.3 miles West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Tropic Isle has an outdoor pool and grilling area.

  Only drawback was the 2nd bathroom extremely small and shower needs updated as parts of were broken and the sink area was too small for any toiletries ... needs hooks for clothes or toiletry bag

  Very nice location a bit crowded on the holiday but yiu could see the beach from the balcony. I pool is small the only thing I found was there were too many rental chairs placed right in front of the complex.

  The furniture was very nice including a recliner. The kitchen was well stocked and when I reported that the electric can opener was missing the cutting part, it was replaced that day. The only negative was the sheets on the master bed. The bottom sheet felt like sandpaper it was so rough. I’m not sure if maybe they were new and hadn’t been washed. Overall our stay was great and beach access was only steps away. The view was awesome! Definitely on my “return to” list.

  The condo and location were very nice. Our main issue upon arrival was the elevator was not working. The on call maintenance guy showed up within an hour and got it back working. He also made sure we got everything to our room before leaving. The shower had some water damage from the faucet but the rental company was very quick to respond and get the issue resolved. Loved the ease of texting and having a response shortly after. Would definitely use this company again in the future.

  My stay at Tropic Isle was awesome! 701 was nice, clean, and quiet, which made for a very relaxing getaway. Everything that I needed was provided to make me feel at home, and the location is within walking distance to nice restaurants, and other entertainment that Gulf Shores has to offer. The Wi-Fi was weak throughout the condo but wasn’t a big deal to me, although someone with kids may differ. Overall my stay was awesome and I look forward to another relaxing stay soon.

Easy walks to The Hangout, Bahama Bob’s, Lauria’s on the Beach, etc. The condo was in perfect shape and the heated pool was in great shape. The restroom that was poolside was such a good idea. Not having to run up to the room meant more time at the pool! The parking was super convenient also. Can’t wait to book here in the future!

  The condo was in a great location and the access to the beach was excellent for moving items to the beach. The rooms were clean and spacious. One thing to check is the condition of the clothes dryer needs to be checked as it makes a lot of noise when being used and the lent trap is coming apart. There is lent gathering behind the trap that needs to be removed as this could become a hazard.

  Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay, very much enjoyed our time on the beach, the unit was very satisfactory. If I had anything to complain about it would be that it could use a little updating on some of the appliances and furniture. The dryer was noisy, and it could use an updated stove and oven. These are not major complaints, just suggestions. We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to our return next January and February.
