Tradewinds #103 is an interior gulf-front 1 bedroom 2 bath condominium on the 1st floor overlooking the outdoor pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 800 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living area. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are 2 full baths. The master boasts a king bed and has an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. The hall bath has a tub/shower combo. This unit has a 1 car limit. King, Hallway Bunks (twins), Sofa Sleeper. Sleeps 6.

Tradewinds is a 14-story building located in Orange Beach about 5.4 miles East of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Tradewinds has an indoor/outdoor swim-thru pool. The property also has a barbecue grilling area.

  It was a great stay. Close to the beach. Very relaxing!! We would definitely come back here again! Even got to see dolphins in the morning and evening. Condo was very clean! Loved it

  Great location, clean unit, easy check in. My only real complaints are the security guard put a warning on my car before I even had time to walk up to the room and get the parking pass when checking in. There was construction on the stairwell and they started Jack hammering at 8 a.m. one day, and another day I opened the door to the stairwell and had a worker slam it in may face. If they wanted people to stay off the stairwell they should have put up a sign or caution tape or something at the very least.

  Condo was wonderful. Very clean and plenty of space for my family of 4. The woman security guard was very rude and disrespectful to not only my family but we witnessed her being extremely rude to other guest. I understand having a job to do but there is no excuse for the way she spoke to people. She would be the only reason I would not stay at Tradewinds again.

  We stayed 5 days last week we found the complex in very poor shape, our ice maker was broken, the internet web site address was not correct not even the right company once we brought this the people that should have known there was very little concern. We give Bryan kudos for getting to the bottom of the internet issues. Our front door did not lock. Two of the slowest elevators in town. The threshold to the indoor pool was a trip hazard. About the only good thing is the beach.

  Our room was beautiful and just as we expected. Everything in the room was clean and tidy. Our only problem was a fire alarm being pulled at 6:30am! Which we understand isn’t fault of the property and would definitely recommend to friends.

  The condo is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The location is good and beach access is perfect. The pool area is nice. The Tradewinds building is older and could use a bit of sprucing up. The interior hallway to the elevator is a little creepy. The exterior is well kept and security personnel is visible. I’m a bit perplexed why we need to drive 6 miles to Gulf Shored to pick up a parking pass in an envelope. In this digital age, we should be able to obtain the key code electronically and the parking pass could be placed in the condo. Overall a positive experience.

  The condo was in a perfect location. The beach was just out back which is what we wanted. The condo was fully stocked and clean. We didn’t have any problems getting the code to enter the condo. It was a nice quiet place to stay which we also wanted. It was a very nice place to stay.

  Building was a little outdated but our room was perfect and had a wonderful view. Would be great if you had kids swimming you could sit on the balcony and watch them. Loved that we was so close to the stairs so we didnt have to wait on the elevators. Would recommend adding more lights in the stairwell.
